Matthew Scheidt, 18, blamed hospital employees for the wrong I.D. but later apologized for his deception.The teenager accused of impersonating a physician assistant at Osceola Regional Medical Center blamed hospital personnel for giving him the wrong identification card according to newly-released video-taped interrogations from the State Attorney's Office.
